Terms and Conditions of Use
Welcome to the Dacia Travel website. Accessing and using this site, as well as booking our services, implies full acceptance of the terms below. Please read them carefully.
1. Definitions
- The Agency: Dacia Travel, headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark.
- The Traveler: The individual or legal entity purchasing tourism services.
- Services: Vacation packages, accommodations, transportation, insurance or other related services.
2. Bookings and Contracting
- By making a reservation on the website, by email or by phone, the Traveler expresses their firm intention to purchase the selected services.
- The contract between Dacia Travel and the Traveler becomes effective upon written confirmation of the booking and payment of the deposit.
3. Prices and Payment Methods
- Prices are expressed in DKK and include VAT where applicable.
- Payment methods: Bank transfer, online card payment or cash at the agency.
- To confirm the booking, a deposit of 30% is required, with the balance due at least 21 days before the departure date.
4. Cancellations and Penalties
If the Traveler cancels the service package, the following penalties will apply (unless otherwise specified in the specific offer):
- 10% of the price if cancellation is made more than 30 days before departure.
- 50% of the price if cancellation is made within 15-29 days.
- 100% of the price if cancellation is made less than 14 days before departure.
Recommendation: Dacia Travel recommends purchasing cancellation insurance to cover the risk of cancellation.
5. Traveler Obligations
- The Traveler is responsible for the validity of travel documents (passport, visa, ID card).
- The Traveler must ensure compliance with health or entry conditions for the destination country.
6. Agency Liability
- Dacia Travel acts as an intermediary between the Traveler and service providers (hotels, airlines).
- The Agency is not responsible for flight delays, lost luggage or schedule changes caused by force majeure or the direct fault of the provider.
7. Complaints
- Any deficiency found on-site must be immediately communicated to the Dacia Travel representative or local partner to be remedied.
- Subsequent complaints may be submitted in writing within a maximum of 3 days from the end of the trip.
8. Disputes
Any disagreement will be resolved amicably. Otherwise, the dispute will be under the jurisdiction of the courts in Denmark.
9. Optional Traveler Insurance
At checkout, the customer may opt to add a supplementary traveler insurance. It is governed as follows:
- The insurance fee is 375 DKK per adult and is added to the total booking price.
- The amount paid for the insurance is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
- For bookings with insurance active, if the customer cancels the trip, the trip price is refunded in full, minus the insurance fee.
- Amounts paid for children and infants are refunded in full when the insurance is active, regardless of the adult.
- Without this insurance, the cancellation conditions described in Section 4 apply.

Final Note
Dacia Travel reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice, with changes applicable to bookings made after their publication on the website.
